The Role

We are looking for dedicated AI Engineers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the interpretation of real-world use cases and assist in developing pipelines to create comprehensive solutions. You will participate in research, help present findings, and contribute to proposing solutions using available AI APIs, open-source tools, and established research.

Your Team

You will be working with a team of AI Engineers, Data Scientists and Software Engineers of different tech stacks depending on the project you will be assigned to under Labs.

Your Responsibilities

• AI Solution Design & Development: Participate in the design and prototyping phases of AI solutions and collaborate with senior engineers to understand and translate real-world problems into components solvable by ML/DL techniques.
• Model Implementation & Data Management: Implement and support the execution of model training and tuning pipelines, and assist in data preparation, including sourcing, cleaning, and labeling datasets.
• Documentation & Maintenance: Document technical specifications, experimental results, and code using tools like Jupyter Notebooks, and contribute to the maintenance and monitoring of deployed AI models under supervision.

About You

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
• Proficiency in APIs, containerization, and managing clustered systems.
• Eagerness to collaborate and contribute as part of a high-performing, innovative team.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in implementation and problem-solving.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating responsibility and initiative.
• Able to thrive in high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
• Programming skills in languages such as C, C#, C++, R, Java, or JavaScript are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms, especially in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and the Transformer architecture, is an advantage.
• Experience with MLOps tools is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of any major Cloud Platform (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong English reading and writing skills will be an asset.
• Hands-on experience with software libraries and toolkits for high-performance numerical computation, such as Scikit-learn, NLTK, Caffe/2, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
