We're hiring AI Builder Partners: full-time builders who work alongside a senior executive and build the AI systems that run their business.

The leaders we work with want AI built deep into how their companies operate, but they can only spare two or three hours a day to learn it themselves. That's not enough, no matter how good the models get. The AI Builder Partner closes that gap, week after week.

This is a partnership, not a project. The work compounds. Today you ship something small. Six months later the whole team depends on it.

Mindmaven is a coaching firm for senior executives. We've built a recruiting practice alongside it that finds talent for the leaders we work with.

What you'll do

• Work closely with a senior executive and learn how their business actually runs
• Build AI systems the whole team can use, not one-off scripts that only work on your laptop
• Ship, test, and improve as you learn what the leader actually needs
• Write instructions clear enough that AI can execute them without constant correction
• Check that outside tools and plugins are safe before they touch the client's systems

What we're looking for

You've already built something with AI that works. Not a plan, not a prototype. Something running that people depend on. This is the baseline, not a bonus.

Real Claude experience, required, Claude Code especially. Our clients work in Claude, so you'd be building there from day one. We want to hear about projects, skills, or connected tooling you've actually shipped. Familiarity with the product isn't the same thing. Codex, Cursor, or whatever other AI-assisted programming tools you work in are worth telling us about too.

AI is your default starting point. Not a tool you reach for occasionally. Your first move on any task is asking whether an agent can do most of it.

You've set AI up to run a whole job on its own. Multiple steps, start to finish, without you approving each one.

You've connected separate systems to each other. APIs, OAuth, webhooks, whatever the integration actually required. You know what happens when a connection fails and you've built for it.

You build in one place. Standing up a complete system end to end, rather than wiring it across n8n, Make, or Zapier with an AI step in the middle.

You brief rather than instruct. Goal, context, constraints, examples, what done looks like.

You can code enough to catch it. When AI takes a wrong turn, you notice and you can fix it. You've built and shipped software before.

You try things you don't end up using. OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, new model releases, whatever is moving. We'd rather hear I tested that and dropped it because X than a list of tools you're aware of. An opinion on which tool suits which job, and the reasoning behind it, matters more than breadth.

You communicate well. Clear, structured, fluent business English. You can walk a CEO through a technical decision in a way that respects their time.

You're comfortable around senior people. Calm under pressure, able to turn a vague problem into a clear plan without supervision.

On the schedule

This is a night shift. US business hours from the Philippines. If you haven't sustained that schedule before, please consider it carefully.

A degree, or any specific job title. We care about what you've built, not where you learned it.

How this works

You'll be hired full-time by one of Mindmaven's executive clients. Their company is your employer, the executive is your day-to-day partner, and Mindmaven introduces and onboards you.
