AI Engineer

We are looking for a creative and technically proficient AI Engineer specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will develop, fine-tune, and deploy cutting-edge generative AI solutions. You will work on projects that leverage advanced AI to create transformative user experiences and drive innovation within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy LLM-based solutions using OpenAI GPT, Llama, or similar.
• Build generative AI based applications for tasks such as text generation, summarization, content creation, and conversational AI.
• End-to-end support of AI based systems in a complex environment and multiple dependencies
• Serve as technical escalation point for production issues of AI applications
• Research and implement state-of-the-art advancements in generative AI and LLMs.
• Develop APIs and scalable architectures for integrating AI models into applications.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and responsible model use.
• Monitor, evaluate and optimize GenAI system performance, reducing latency and computational overhead.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ideate and build AI-driven features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 1 year focused on generative AI or LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries/frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph/AutoGen or similar.
• Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Llama, or similar.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and transfer learning techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Willingness and ability to conduct meetings and field communication outside of normal working hours to accommodate teams based internationally, as needed

Certifications

• AI related certifications such as Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning or equivalent is a plus

Preferred qualifications

• Familiar with the Telecom or Service Provider industry
• Experience with vector databases and AI agents
