We are looking for a Mid-levelAI Engineer to lead our AI strategy and architect production-grade systems for our fulfillment logistics operations. You will be building autonomous agents and RAG pipelines that integrate directly with our proprietary ERP and extensive operational data to drive real-world business impact.
Work Setup & Schedule:
- Hybrid: Primarily Work from Home.
- Site Visit: A once-a-month visit to our Valenzuela warehouse to align with physical operations.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Regular Day Shift).
What You'll Do:
- Architect Agentic Systems: Design and deploy autonomous AI agents and RAG pipelines to automate complex decision-making in fulfillment and inventory.
- Bridge AI & ERP: Integrate cutting-edge LLM capabilities with our proprietary ERP and legacy SQL data models to unlock operational intelligence.
- Lead Strategy: Act as the first AI hire, owning the technical roadmap, tool selection, and the transition from prototype to production.
- Drive Logistics ROI: Translate technical AI concepts into business outcomes, specifically optimizing route planning, demand forecasting, and warehouse efficiency.
Essential Skills:
- AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI.
- Nice to have experience with SQL and integrating AI into ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite).
- Strong MLOps background (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud).
