• Work with stakeholders to understand AI use cases, solution scope, and deployment requirements.
• Integrate AI services (e.g., LLM, speech, vision, analytics APIs) into applications and platforms.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and data-processing workflows to support AI solutions.
• Build application prototypes (web or API-based) to demonstrate AI capabilities.
• Integrate AI components with existing systems, databases, and cloud services.
• Customize and configure AI workflows based on project or client requirements.
• Support testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI-powered applications.
• Provide technical documentation and support to ensure successful solution adoption
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

• Experience in developing and integrating AI-powered applications or AI services.
• Code efficiently and design the layout of a website according to a company's specifications, ensuring good user experience.
• Design and write clean code in HTML/CSS. A familiarity with JavaScript libraries and Content Management Systems are critical.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for backend, API, or application development.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP,AWS, Azure) and deploying productionready solutions.
• Ability to build lightweight application to showcase AI functionality.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and technical lead to deliver intuitive interfaces and interaction layers with great user experience.
• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
