Key Responsibilities
- Model Development & Optimization
- Design, train, fine-tune, and validate machine learning (ML) and deep learning models, including generative AI (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and recommendation systems.
- Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract insights and ensure data quality for model training.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency (e.g., model compression, hardware acceleration).
- Solution Deployment & Integration
- Build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines, including CI/CD workflows for seamless deployment.
- Integrate AI models into existing systems, applications, or APIs (e.g., integrating LLMs with tools like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, or custom software).
- Implement monitoring systems to track model performance, reliability, and drift in production.
- Collaboration & Strategy
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business stakeholders) to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify automation opportunities and develop AI-driven tools to streamline workflows.
- Ensure compliance with responsible AI practices (transparency, fairness, privacy) and industry regulations.
- Innovation & Learning

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; a masters degree is preferred for senior roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and low-code/no-code tools (Power Platform, Zapier).
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG systems, or agentic AI concepts is increasingly valuable.
