Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that support our business goals. The ideal candidate has strong experience with machine learning models, data pipelines, and AI applications, with the ability to turn complex business requirements into scalable AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models, including NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
- Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, from data collection and preprocessing to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can add value.
- Design and implement API integrations to deliver AI-powered features into production applications.
- Conduct experiments, model evaluations, and A/B testing to ensure model accuracy and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and technologies to enhance existing systems.
- Ensure models meet security, scalability, and ethical AI standards.
- Document model architecture, processes, and workflows for future reference and audit compliance.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas).
- Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or fine-tuning foundation models.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
- Understanding of algorithms, deep learning, neural networks, and model optimization.
