Role: AI Data Architect & Pod Manager (Tier 3)

Location: 100% Remote (Philippines)

Compensation: PHP 102,000 / Month

1. Role Mission The L3 Pod Architect is the technical heart of the Taskmaster 2-2-1 Pod. You are the bridge between high-level US AI Engineering teams and ground-level data execution.

Your mission is to eliminate the AI Engineering Bottleneck by architecting high-fidelity data pipelines that guarantee 99%+ accuracy, ensuring the client's ML engineers never have to manually clean data again.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Operational Architecture & SOP Development

  • Protocol Engineering: Audit messy, unstructured datasets (Medical, Retail, FinTech) and design rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Workflow Design: Build end-to-end data pipelines within the client's secure environment (VDI/VPN) to ensure a Zero-Data-Retention posture.
  • Iterative Logic Refinement: Constantly update labeling rules based on Edge Case discoveries to prevent model hallucinations.

B. Technical Leadership & Quality Governance

  • The QA Shield: Act as the final Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) checkpoint, performing forensic audits on data before it is delivered to the client.
  • Pod Management: Lead a 5-seat tiered team (2x L1 Labelers, 2x L2 QA Specialists), resolving technical escalations and maintaining high-velocity throughput.
  • Consensus Monitoring: Measure and report on Inter-Annotator Agreement (IAA) and Fidelity Scores to ensure statistical reliability.

C. Strategic Client Liaison

  • Engineering Partner: Act as the primary technical point of contact for US-based Chief Data Officers (CDOs) and VPs of AI.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all data handling aligns with global standards, including the EU AI Act, HIPAA, and ISO/IEC 42001.

3. Technical Skill Requirements

A. Deep Tooling Expertise (Hands-on Experience Required) Must have advanced experience configuring workflows in at least two of the following:

  • Labeling Platforms: Labelbox (Workflow/Batch management), V7 Darwin (Model-Assisted Labeling/SAM), Encord, or SuperAnnotate.
  • Computer Vision Tools: Mastery of Bounding Boxes, Polygons, Keypoints, and Temporal Interpolation for video.
  • NLP & RLHF: Experience in ranking/evaluating model outputs and building Ontologies for LLM fine-tuning.

B. Infrastructure & Security Mastery

  • VDI Environments: Proficiency in operating within Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS WorkSpaces, or similar secure remote environments.
  • Security Protocols: Deep understanding of data privacy and Zero-Retention workflows.

4. Core Competencies

  • Technical Writing: The ability to turn complex engineering requirements into simple, executable instructions for L1/L2 tiers.
  • Agile Management: Experience running Calibration Pilots and transitioning them into recurring high-volume sprints.
  • Communication: Elite English proficiency; ability to lead high-stakes strategy meetings with US technical leads.
