AI Creative Producer (3-Month Fixed Term Contract | Remote – PH Based)
A dedicated AI Creative Producer is required to design and manage the remix system, oversee AI-assisted versioning, and ensure efficient, compliant delivery at scale. Without this specialist resource, the workload will sit across existing producers and editors, creating delivery risk and margin pressure.
The AI Creative Producer will lead the design and execution of AI-assisted content production workflows across creator-led and social-first campaigns—driving both creative effectiveness and operational efficiency. This is a 3-month fixed term contract role, operating in a remote work setup for candidates based in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage AI remix frameworks for high-volume content programmes
- Translate master UGC assets into structured remix outputs (hook, cohort, CTA, duration variants)
- Develop prompt systems and tool workflows to enable scalable, efficient post-production
- Oversee quality control, ensuring all AI-assisted outputs meet brand and platform standards
- Collaborate with Producers, Editors, and Community teams to streamline versioning and delivery
- Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging AI tools into production pipelines
- Document, optimise, and continuously refine repeatable internal AI workflows
- Monitor performance of AI-generated variants and iterate frameworks based on insights
- Ensure outputs align with platform best practices across TikTok, Meta, and other social channels
- Balance speed, scale, and creative integrity across all deliverables
Requirements
- Willing to work on a 3-month fixed term contract
- Must be Philippines-based and able to work in a remote setup
- Proven experience in social-first content production, ideally within an agency or creator-led environment
- Strong understanding of UGC, performance creative, and platform-native storytelling
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (e.g., generative video, editing, prompt-based systems)
- Ability to translate creative strategy into structured, repeatable production systems
- High attention to detail with strong quality control instincts
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume delivery environments
