We are looking for a highly skilledAI Specialistin the LLM space. We aren't looking for someone who simply uses AI tools; we need a builder who has spent years architecting real-world solutions, navigating the evolution of model capabilities, and deploying production-ready AI-driven workflows.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and maintenance of enterprise-grade AI systems, including:
- Designing autonomous agents that can execute multi-step business tasks.
- Building chatbots that handle complex logic and state management.
- Embedding AI deeply into CRMs, Shopify, and internal databases.
- Moving beyond good prompts to systematic evaluation and latency reduction.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust AI assistants and multi-agent systems.
- Build complex workflows using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) and orchestration frameworks.
- Architect high-impact automations for repetitive business processes.
- Connect AI ecosystems with existing platforms (Slack, CRM, Shopify, etc.).
- Research and prototype emerging AI tech (e.g., multimodal, small language models) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Optimize prompt chains, manage model hallucinations, and document system architecture for long-term scalability.
Required Skills & Experience
- 35 years of hands-on experiencespecifically building with LLMs and AI automation.
- Deep experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic, or Open Source models (Llama, Mistral).
- Expert-level proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) or JavaScript for data handling and API integration.
- Mastery of workflow tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier, including custom code blocks and webhooks.
- Solid understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), and embedding strategies.
- Expert at managing AI limitations, context window optimization, and cost-efficiency.
- Excellent English communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience deploying AI in a production environment with active users.
- Knowledge of fine-tuning models for specific domain tasks.
- Experience with Voice AI agents or Multi-modal (Vision/Audio) implementations.
- Background in supporting high-growth business teams (Sales, Ops, or Support).
