As we continue scaling, we are investing heavily in AI-driven customer communication, automation, and operational intelligence. We are seeking a specialist to manage and optimize our AI agent infrastructure across both businesses.
Role Overview
We utilize a white-labeled GoHighLevel (GHL) platform to power our marketing, CRM, and AI communication systems. This role focuses on building, training, and optimizing Voice AI and Conversational AI (SMS and chat) agents to improve lead conversion, appointment booking, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a conversion-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and maintain AI agents using custom knowledge bases tailored to automotive sales and service workflows
- Update FAQs, procedures, and sales content to improve AI accuracy and customer experience
- Integrate and synchronize sub-accounts across business units to enable real-time data access for leads, inventory, and customer history
- Audit and optimize AI prompts, conversation flows, and voice scripts to improve responsiveness and conversion performance
- Reduce latency and improve natural conversation flow for Voice AI interactions
- Build and manage backend automations and workflows within the GHL ecosystem
- Ensure accurate data synchronization between CRM, DMS, and marketing systems using native tools or integrations
- Monitor AI performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
Required Qualifications
- Advanced, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including sub-accounts, snapshots, workflows, and Conversation AI
- Proven experience configuring and optimizing Voice AI agents
- Strong background in AI bot training using custom knowledge bases
- Experience with automation and integrations using tools such as Zapier, Make, or native APIs
- Ability to write sales-oriented prompts designed to increase appointments and handle customer objections
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to operational detail
Preferred Experience
- Automotive dealership or auto repair industry familiarity
- CRM automation and lead conversion optimization
- Multi-location or multi-brand system integration
