We're looking for a highly capable AI Automation Engineer to help us build an AI-powered operations hub that automates workflows across our internal systems.
Our goal is simple but ambitious: Claude becomes the brain of our company operations, while tools like Monday, Airtable, and Slack operate as automated execution layers.
This role will design and implement the architecture that connects these systems, enabling Claude to trigger workflows, manage data, and automate operational tasks across the business.
You will work closely with leadership to design a system where manual processes disappear and AI handles the coordination between tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Build the AI Operations Hub
- Design and implement an AI-first automation architecture with Claude as the central orchestration layer.
- Build integrations between Claude, Monday.com, Airtable, and Slack.
- Ensure Claude can read, write, and trigger actions across all platforms.
Automation & Workflow Engineering
- Automate internal workflows such as:
Project creation
Task updates
Client onboarding
Reporting
Notifications
Data syncing across systems
- Replace manual operations with AI-triggered automations.
System Integration
- Build and maintain integrations using:
APIs
Webhooks
Automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, or custom code)
Serverless functions where needed.
AI Tooling
- Implement Claude-based workflows such as:
Claude-triggered actions
Natural language commands that execute automations
AI agents coordinating tasks across systems.
Data Architecture
- Structure Airtable as the source of truth database.
- Sync operational data between Airtable and Monday.
- Ensure Slack acts as the notification and command interface.
Reliability & Optimization
- Monitor automation reliability.
- Reduce failures and latency across integrations.
- Continuously optimize the system architecture.

Everything operates through AI orchestration instead of manual tool usage.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with APIs and system integrations
- Experience building workflow automations
- Familiarity with:
Monday.com API
Airtable API
Slack API
- Experience with LLM integrations (Claude, OpenAI, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n) or custom backend scripting.
Engineering Skills
- Ability to design reliable automation architecture
- Strong debugging skills across multiple integrations
- Experience working with webhooks, REST APIs, and event-based systems
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building AI agents
- Experience with vector databases / RAG
- Experience designing AI-first internal tools
- Experience automating agency or operational workflows

From there, the system will expand into more complex AI agents and automation layers.
