AI Automation Consultant

About the role: We are looking for an AI evangelist and hands-on practitioner who can apply AI in real business workflows, train teams, and build scalable systems that improve productivity and quality. You will partner with teams across Marketing, Content, Editorial, Design, and Research to redesign workflows, implement AI-driven solutions, and build repeatable playbooks that scale across the organization.

Work Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Work Setup: Hybrid (first 2 months) / WFH (after 2 months)

Work Location: Makati City

Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months (extendable depending on the project)

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate stakeholder workshops to map workflows, identify pain points, and uncover AI & automation opportunities

Translate business needs into scalable AI-powered workflow designs and functional requirements

Prototype and implement AI solutions using LLM tools, prompting, tool chaining, and automation

Design end-to-end workflows (e.g., research drafting editing publishing support)

Deliver AI trainings, demos, and coaching sessions to enable teams

Develop playbooks, SOPs, templates, and prompt libraries for repeatable use

Ensure AI workflows follow governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience working with AI tools, automation, or related technologies

Strong experience in Applied AI and LLM usage (prompt engineering, workflow automation, tool chaining)

Experience in process redesign and workflow optimization

Background in AI training, enablement, and knowledge sharing

Ability to create clear documentation, playbooks, and SOPs

Strong communicator who can train and guide teams effectively

Builds practical, repeatable AI systems, not one-off solutions
