Role Summary
We are building a small, high-impact AI Training Team in Manila to accelerate productivity and transform how work gets done using AI. This role is for an AI evangelist, hands-on practitioner, and technology adoption partner. The ideal candidate can apply AI immediately, redesign workflows, train teams, and create repeatable playbooks that scale.
The team will begin with Marketing, Content, Editorial, Design, and Research, then expand to other functions once frameworks are proven.
Stakeholder Discovery and Workflow Mapping
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and AI and automation opportunities
- Interview team leads and contributors to identify high-leverage tasks and prioritize quick wins
- Estimate impact such as time saved, faster cycle times, higher output volume, and improved quality
AI Solution Design and Requirements
- Translate business needs into clear workflow designs and functional requirements that can be implemented with AI tools and automation
- Define success metrics, testing criteria, and validation steps for AI-assisted workflows
- Build scalable end-to-end workflows (example: research to drafting to editing to formatting to publishing support)
Applied AI Execution (Hands-On Delivery)
- Use AI and LLM tools daily for real outputs such as prompting, tool chaining, workflow automation, and productivity systems
- Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on feedback and results
- Improve speed and consistency while maintaining quality standards
Training, Enablement, and Playbooks
- Deliver team trainings, demos, and coaching sessions to build confidence and practical adoption
- Create reusable playbooks, SOPs, templates, and prompt libraries so teams can replicate results independently
- Provide hands-on support until workflows become consistent and measurable
Governance, Security, and Responsible Use
- Ensure AI workflows follow data security, privacy, and compliance requirements
- Align implementation with internal policies and approved tools or ecosystems
- Promote safe, consistent AI usage through guidelines and documentation
