FIND YOUR BETTER AT AIAIf you believe in better, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Group Agile Transformation Coach, you will be responsible for driving Agile transformation and delivery initiatives, to enable new ways of working within the organization both for AIA Group and APAC country teams. You will join a dynamic Agile Centre of Excellence team focused on transforming the entire AIA organization and gain exposure to ways of working and cultures from multiple countries.
- Drive and support country teams as an experienced Lean-Agile transformation expert, to help everyone from leadership to delivery teams adopt, adapt and scale Agility.
- Design, develop and deliver (both virtually and face to face) engaging Agile trainings and workshops to both technology and business at project, team and organizational levels.
- Support to increase the internal capability and build Agile community for scalability and sustainability.
- Able to organize, coordinate and drive a transformation plan without supervision.
- Evangelise and increase awareness of Agile in the organization through marketing and communication of events, news and success stories.
- Help teams to establish and implement the Agile operating model principles, terminology, practices and governance to be used across the organization.
- Use data driven approach to help country teams setup the right metrics to baseline, track and measure their progress for both technical and business teams.
- Drive adoption using change management practices and activities with ongoing maturity assessment for continuous improvement
- Support the maintenance and improvement of the Agile repository of best practice, guidance and learnings.
- Provide coaching and guidance to technical teams on Agility best practices.
