Role Overview

We are hiring an Agentforce Develolper with strong hands-on experience building and implementing Salesforce Agentforce AI Agents. This role focuses on creating a reusable pool of Agentforce agents across multiple industries and use cases, enabling rapid deployment of AI-powered SMS and WhatsApp automation within Salesforce.

We are looking for candidates who have personally built, tested, and deployed Agentforce agents for real-world implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Agentforce AI Agents for SMS and WhatsApp messaging in Salesforce

Create a reusable Agentforce agents for different industries and use cases

Implement agent logic for sales enquiries, support enquiries, order status, payments, appointments, and general customer interactions

Configure Agentforce agents to work with standard and custom Salesforce objects

Integrate Agentforce agents with Salesforce Flows and Triggers for record matching, creation, and updates

Implement multi-turn conversation handling, session management, and safe escalation to human users

Configure multiple Agentforce agents across different phone numbers and messaging channels

Ensure all Agentforce implementations follow Salesforce security, compliance, and data access controls

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align agent designs with platform capabilities

Required Experience - What Success Looks Like

Hands-on experience building Salesforce Agentforce AI Agents

Demonstrated experience implementing multiple Agentforce agents for different use cases

Experience designing conversational automation with:

oIntent-based responses

oSession handling

oHuman handover

Ability to show personal, demo, or professional Agentforce implementations

A growing, reusable Agentforce agent pool ready for customer deployment

Faster implementation of Agentforce use cases using pre-built agents

Reduced custom development per customer

Clear, scalable patterns for Agentforce agent design

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing Agentforce agents across multiple industries

Experience building reusable or template-based Agentforce agent Salesforce solutions.

Ability to function independently while maintaining clear communication lines with multiple levels both junior and senior management within an organization.

Experience with integrating external applications with the Salesforce platform

Working knowledge of source control tools like Git

Mockup and/or wireframing experience for User Interface web design

Experience with cloud service platforms like Microsoft Azure

Agile enthusiast with a disposition towards remediating issues quickly.

Functional and/or technical thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and can get in the weeds of technical products to understand their technologies to help drive clarity and product decisions.

Position Summary:

The Salesforce developer is responsible for developing, administering, and maintaining a variety of simple to complex features and functionalities in the Salesforce system of record for program and service delivery. You will work on projects that impact the highest priorities of our technology roadmap and the business, all the while collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams to deliver results that move the needle at the organizational level and impact company-wide goals.
