Job Description

  • Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Conduct market research to identify prospective clients within the assigned territory or segment.
  • Develop and execute strategies to reach and attract new customers.
  • Actively prospect through cold calls, field visits, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Acquisition & Sales
  • Present and promote company products and services to potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract agreements in compliance with company policies.
  • Convert prospects into active customers through strategic follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Account Onboarding & Activation
  • Facilitate the setup of new customer accounts, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth delivery and account activation.
  • Provide initial product orientation, merchandising guidelines (if applicable), and ordering processes to new clients.
  • Relationship Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new accounts during the first months of engagement.
  • Resolve any concerns or issues promptly to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
  • Establish a foundation for long-term relationships and potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Reporting & Monitoring
  • Submit accurate and timely weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Track new account performance against sales projections and company KPIs.
  • Maintain updated customer information in the company database/CRM.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts.
  • Identify emerging trends, shifts in customer preferences, and potential threats in the market.
  • Provide actionable feedback to management for continuous improvement of products and strategies.
  • Graduate of any four year course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • With valid drivers license or motorcycle and willing to travel/perform fieldwork.
