We are looking for a dynamic
Trade Sales Representative to grow sales, strengthen customer relationships, and improve product visibility in assigned territories. This role involves field work, merchandising, and executing trade strategies to boost distribution and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Achieve sales, volume, and distribution targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand product placement.
- Conduct market visits to monitor stocks, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate shelf space, displays, and in-store promotions.
- Implement and track trade promotions and prepare sales reports.
Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG sales, trade marketing, or field operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of retail and distribution channels.
- Willing to travel; valid drivers license is an advantage.
