Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists Agency Rewards and Support team and related initiatives ensuring delivery of high-quality service to the agency force within agreed turn-around time to improve distributor experience and drive engagement.
  • Assists and resolves distributor issues related to onboarding requirements within agreed turn-around time, either through direct handling or escalation to the concerned business unit.
  • Assists in projects like process review, documentation and improvement including digitization of applicable rewards services to d rive engagement of the agency force.
  • Collaborates within ACER, DRQC and Compliance teams on Advisor and Leader status particularly in relation to granting recognition and release of rewards or incentives.

Rewards Administration

  • Handles Financial Advisor and Agency Leader onboarding requirements specifically Company ID, business cards, and Company related certifications.
  • Ensures spending on the benefits program is within allowed expense budget by regularly forecasting and monitoring expenses.
  • Ensures compliance with all control related policies.
  • Collaborates with Sales Management Teams to share applicable rules and processes on onboarding requirements.

Sales Support

  • Ensures support processes comply within service level arrangements which include IDs, office badges, business cards, secretary codes, certification requests, and bank endorsements.
  • Prepares relevant and prompt reports necessary to ensure proper management and monitoring of deliverables like ID, affiliations, certifications, and business cards.
  • Assists advisors and agency leader 201 file in relation to approved incentives like car loan, booster loan, and start-up loans.
  • Assists release of correspondences to agency leaders and advisors.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a degree holder of any 4-year business-related course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Rewards Administration and Sales Support in a sales or marketing organization
  • Relates well across all levels of employees and agency associates in the organization.
  • MS Office Application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Document Management apps, tools and systems are an advantage.
  • Life Insurance, Sales Support and Distributor Rewards background an advantage.
