Job Description:
- Leads the implementation of existing recruitment related special projects of Agency and initiate new ones that would impact the recruitment metric
- Leads in the implementation of programs or initiatives that will ensure attainment of Insured Lives target in collaboration with Group and Client Strategy
- Generates relevant data, prepares reports, ad provide insights on data generated for timely intervention
- Makes presentations to for Agency Channel Head and or for Sales Heads that will provide guidance on day-to-day operations
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned by Agency Channel Head
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder of any course
- With at least 3-year agency experience preferably in the life insurance industry
- With experience in project management
- With experience in recruitment, organizing events, client interface and or relationship building
