Role Description

The part-time Agency Manager will oversee and ensure the growth and development of insurance agency teams in alignment with company goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting and training agents, monitoring their performance and development, driving sales productivity, and fostering motivation and leadership within the team. This is a hybrid role based in Makati, with some flexibility for remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team development, and performance monitoring skills
• Expertise in sales strategy, client acquisition, and sales goal achievement
• Knowledge in financial planning and insurance-related products
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with insurance industry trends and compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in insurance sales or agency management is an advantage
