Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager based in Tagum. The Agency Manager will oversee daily operations, lead a team of agents, and develop strategies for achieving sales targets. The role includes recruiting, training, and motivating team members, as well as monitoring their performance. The Agency Manager will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the team's compliance with company policies and standards.

- Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client and team relationships
- Proficiency in planning and implementing operational strategies
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the memorial park or real estate industry is an advantage
