Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Davao, as PO Team Leader. The role involves leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure business process objectives are consistently met. Responsibilities include assigning and supervising tasks, ensuring the team adheres to defined processes, managing team performance, and serving as a point of contact for management and clients. The PO Team Leader will also identify areas for process improvement and ensure the team delivers high-quality results in a timely and efficient manner.

• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and monitor a team effectively
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to oversee workflow and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with business process optimization and problem-solving to identify and implement process improvements
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to interface with team members, management, and clients professionally
• Proven attention to detail and high standards for quality assurance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in overseeing offshore operations or back-office teams is a plus
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to handling challenges in a dynamic work environment
