Role Description

This is a full/ part-time hybrid role for an Agency Expansion Manager based in Sultan Kudarat, with some work from home flexibility. The Agency Expansion Manager will oversee the development and expansion of the agency network, perform market research to identify growth opportunities, and formulate strategies to enhance sales and team performance. Responsibilities include team management, supporting agents in achieving sales targets, and fostering effective communication to ensure the alignment of goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Team Management and Sales, with a focus on achieving business goals
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to conduct Market Research to identify growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and build professional relationships
• Ability to develop strategies and execute agency expansion plans effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
• Results-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
