Job Description

Job Summary:

  • This is a full-time hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Taguig but the applicant must be amenable to doing fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a sales team

Business Partner Management: Recruit, train, onboard, and manage relationships with business partners,

agents, and existing clients for sales growth and expansion.

Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the insurance business.

Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, agents, and other key

partners.

Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, performance indicators, and market trends to drive

continuous improvement.

Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our insurance products and services and

ensure the sales team is well-equipped to promote them.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in non-life insurance or dealership is a must
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, and do field works
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
