A graduate of a four (4) year college course, preferably Marketing.
At least one year experience in dealing with both agents and clients.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
With good communication skills.
Driving skills (advantage but not a basic qualification)
Work Objectives
Provide support to the Head-Agency Development in his efforts to grow the agency team.
Assist agents in closing new accounts, and renewing existing ones, by coordinating with the rest of the Marketing Team regarding the benefits being asked for by the accounts, along with other concessions.
Coordinate with other HMI departments regarding all account concerns, e.g. statement of account, claims and availments concerns, etc.)
