Job Summary:
Lead the overall Parts and Service operations for distributors/wholesalers and dealers, ensuring premium Aftersales performance. Identify, nurture, and deploy talent within the Aftersales team to meet business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer satisfaction and achieve KPI targets through strict Aftersales process implementation.
- Lead Aftersales marketing to stay ahead in Parts and Service trends.
- Solve complex technical and non-technical issues with process-oriented strategies.
- Support dealer development, emphasizing workshop and Parts business.
- Provide clear direction to the Aftersales field force and line managers.
- Handle complex or ambiguous situations to balance company, customer, and dealer interests.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Broad understanding of business impact on company targets and P&L analysis.
- Strong leadership skills; able to set clear goals and empower teams with minimal guidance.
- Experienced in logistics, Aftersales market research, and training/motivating staff.
- Proficient in managing complex technical matters with strategic thinking.
- Up-to-date on automotive innovations, including electric and hydrogen vehicles.
