Were looking for the Affiliate Marketing Specialist role to join our team at our Philippine-based office.
- Basic salary range: 30K55K Philippine Pesos
- Additional benefits: Monthly incentive & transportation allowance
- Work setting: Onsite (WFO), Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 9:30 AM 7:00 PM (Break: 12:30 PM 2:00 PM)

Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit affiliates to collaborate on product campaigns;
- Build and manage scalable affiliate programs, including performance tracking, payouts, and optimization;
- Coordinate with creators to ensure high-quality UGC output aligned with our brand&aposs tone and goals;
- Draft or refine scripts, briefs, and guidelines to guide content creators effectively;
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with creator partners and affiliate collaborators;
- Analyze campaign results and make strategic recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions;
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align UGC efforts with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
- Experience in business development, affiliate marketing, or influencer partnerships;
- Highly organized and performance-driven, with a strong sense of ownership;
- Strong attention to detail in both creative and operational tasks;
- Passionate about skincare, beauty, and the creator economy;
