AT A GLANCE
The Affiliate Marketing Manager owns the affiliate revenue engine for Sunnies social commerce business. This role is responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high-performing affiliate ecosystem — recruiting the right creators, structuring commission and incentive mechanics, and ensuring every affiliate partner is consistently driving measurable GMV across TikTok Shop and related platforms. This role owns affiliate revenue contribution across all Sunnies brands on TikTok Shop and social commerce platforms.
YOUR OVERALL MISSION AND DAY-TO-DAY
Affiliate Program Strategy & Design
- Develop and own the affiliate marketing playbook — tiering logic, commission rates, performance gates, and payout mechanics
- Design brand-specific affiliate strategies that reflect the distinct identity of Face, Sun, Flask, and Optical
- Stay ahead of TikTok Shop affiliate feature updates, platform policies, and competitive benchmarks
- Recommend program structure adjustments based on performance data and market movement
Creator Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify and recruit affiliate creators across relevant niches — beauty, lifestyle, fashion, food and beverage, and eyewear
- Build and maintain a recruitment pipeline that continuously surfaces emerging creators before they peak
- Own the onboarding experience: briefing decks, brand guidelines, product seeding coordination, and platform setup
- Ensure affiliate partners understand conversion expectations, not just content requirements
Affiliate Activation & Campaign Management
- Brief affiliate partners on product priorities, campaign mechanics, promotional windows, and selling angles per brand
- Coordinate with Brand Teams on product seeding, sample allocation, and exclusive affiliate bundles
- Plan and execute affiliate-led campaigns tied to key retail moments — launches, sales events, and seasonal windows
- Manage the affiliate content calendar in alignment with the broader social commerce and live selling schedule
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all affiliate partners — responsive, clear, and brand-consistent
- Build long-term relationships with key affiliate contributors to reduce churn and deepen brand affinity
- Coordinate payout processing with Finance and the Affiliate Marketing Associate, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements
- Handle affiliate escalations, disputes, and policy questions professionally and within defined turnaround times
Analytics & Reporting
- Own the social commerce performance dashboard: GMV, affiliate revenue, live session metrics, creator ROI
- Own and run the weekly TikTok growth review; deliver insights directly to the Online Sales and Marketing Head and brand stakeholders
- Track affiliate contribution by creator tier, content type, and brand — and adjust investment accordingly
People Management & Organizational Development
- Manage day-to-day workload and priorities of the Affiliate Marketing Associate
- Provide regular feedback, coaching and developmental plans to support the team
- Delegate tasks effectively while retaining accountability
YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related field
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in affiliating marketing, with demonstrated track record of GMV or revenue contribution
- Working knowledge of TikTok shop affiliate mechanics (creator marketplace, commission structures, tracking and attribution)
- Experience managing a creator or affiliate roster of 20+ active partners
- Comfortable with performance data such as GMV trends, conversion rates, cost-per-sale, and affiliate ROI analysis.
- Preferably has experience in retail, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brand environments
- Familiarity with the Philippine creator landscape such as relevant platforms, talent tiers, and prevailing commission norms
- Experience coordinating affiliate programs across multiple brand identity simultaneously
- Background in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital commerce – not just social media management.
