Affiliate Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-energy, data-driven B2C Affiliate Marketing Manager with 6+ years of experience to scale our global consumer reach. This role focuses on high-volume customer acquisition through strategic partnerships, leveraging platforms such as Impact (formerly Impact Radius), Commission Junction (CJ) Rakuten etc. to manage diverse B2C channels—from mass-media publishers and loyalty sites to niche influencers and coupon partners. You will be responsible for driving cost-effective revenue growth across international B2C landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored strategies for high-volume B2C segments: Loyalty/Cashback, Coupons, Comparison Shopping Services (CSS), and Content Commerce.
  • Utilize Impact's influencer tools to recruit and manage a diverse roster of B2C creators, ensuring brand-aligned storytelling and performance tracking.
  • Lead the affiliate launch into new international territories, adapting promotional calendars to local shopping holidays (e.g., Single's Day, Black Friday, Diwali, Boxing Day).
  • Implement sophisticated Payout to Value rules in Impact, rewarding partners differently based on New vs. Returning customers, specific product categories, or high-margin SKUs.
  • Manage the distribution and tracking of exclusive B2C vanity codes to prevent coupon leakage and ensure attribution accuracy.
  • Optimize tracking for mobile web and app-to-app journeys, ensuring seamless B2C conversion paths across all devices.
  • Create and distribute promotional assets for global sales events, ensuring affiliates have updated banners, text links, and deep-linked product feeds.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to test high-converting B2C landing pages and offer types (e.g., % off vs. $ off) across different affiliate segments.
  • Monitor stock levels and product launches to ensure affiliates are driving traffic to available, high-demand consumer goods. Monitor daily B2C performance metrics (CR, AOV, CPA) to ensure the program meets strict efficiency targets.
  • Use Impact's forensic tools to proactively block cookie stuffing, unauthorized trademark bidding (PPC), and fraudulent B2C lead generation.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in B2C Digital/Affiliate Marketing, specifically within E-commerce, Travel, or Subscription services.
  • Advanced knowledge of leading affiliate networks across globe (tracking, automated contracts, and partner discovery).
  • Proven experience managing B2C campaigns across multiple regions (EMEA, US, APAC).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets to identify B2C buying trends and partner performance.
