Affiliate Manager (iGaming) - Remote

AAbout the role:

Inferno Partners is our affiliate partner program powering player acquisition for our iGaming business. We're looking for a commercially driven Affiliate Manager who can recruit, activate, and grow a portfolio of affiliates and traffic partners. You'll negotiate deals, keep partners motivated, and continuously optimize performance and traffic quality. We'll provide onboarding and training, but you should already understand the fundamentals of affiliate marketing and performance deal making.

What you'll do:

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates and traffic partners.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of active partners (daily communication, follow ups, activation plans).

• Negotiate and manage performance deals: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid (and custom structures where relevant).

• Launch, track, and optimize affiliate campaigns (tracking links, subIDs, postbacks/pixels, creatives, offers).

• Monitor performance and quality: FTDs, EPC, CR, ROI.

• Build new traffic source pipelines (be resourceful: find partners, test, iterate, scale what works) • Produce clear weekly reporting: what's working, what isn't, and what you're doing next.

Whatwe're looking for:

• Proven experience in affiliate partnerships within iGaming (casino/sportsbook) OR strong adjacent experience (forex/CFD/trading/fintech) with performance based acquisition • Strong negotiation and commercial skills.

• Solid understanding of affiliate marketing fundamentals (attribution, tracking, KPIs, deal models)

• Ability to source new affiliates/partners proactively (not just manage inbound).

• Analytical mindset: you can read performance data and make decisions quickly.

Nice to have:

• Existing network of active iGaming affiliates / media buyers / SEO partners.

• Experience with affiliate platforms or tracking tools (Affise, Keitaro).

• Experience with multiple GEOs and optimizing by GEO/offer/traffic type.

• Additional languages.
