Affiliate & Community Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage Facebook Group (moderation, Lives, pinned posts)
• Oversee Discord hub (roles, channels, bots, leaderboard)
• Optional: Set up Telegram broadcasts
• Use Rewardful (or similar) for affiliate tracking
• Track commissions in Google Sheets
• Write clear announcements & updates

Typical Tasks:

• Approve new members & affiliates
• Post daily updates + weekly leaderboards
• Maintain FAQs & swipe-copy docs
• Coordinate monthly bonus-pool payout reports

Requirements:

• 2+ years in digital product funnels or affiliate marketing required
• Strong understanding of sales automation & community engagement
• Self-starter who documents processes & can train a backup
