Job Description:
The Affiliate Acquisition Specialist will support the expansion of Shopee's affiliate partner ecosystem, focusing on onboarding high-value enterprise partners, networks and publishers, as well as emerging digital platforms. The role is responsible for lead generation, acquisition, onboarding, and incubation, ensuring campaigns execute effectively and contribute to scalable, high-quality traffic and order growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and support end-to-end partner sourcing and pipeline development across Affiliate Ad Networks, Cashback platforms, Media Publishers, and Enterprise partners, ensuring thorough qualification and alignment with business goals.
- Identify and onboard high-potential partners through data-driven evaluation of funnel performance, traffic quality, and projected commercial impact.
- Build and manage strong working relationships with newly onboarded and incubation-stage partners, serving as the primary point of contact to drive execution excellence, accountability, and performance growth.
- Collaborate with affiliates to plan and execute campaign and content calendars, ensuring timely activations, aligned priorities, and continuous optimization toward traffic, order, and cost-efficiency targets.
- Partner closely with Analytics teams to monitor performance, commercial contribution, and efficiency metrics, translating insights into opportunities to scale or refine partnership strategies.
- Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Regional stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution and compliance alignment across partnership initiatives.
- Support incubation and operational initiatives by testing new campaign mechanics and partnership models, analyzing outcomes, scaling successful approaches, and maintaining structured documentation and reporting that highlight key insights, risks, and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven 1-2 years of experience in marketing, strategy, and performance analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and Google Suite.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a strong drive for results.
- Team player and able to manage multiple partners and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
