Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and acquire high-potential partners across CPS, CPC, and hybrid models, assessing fit
through funnel metrics, traffic quality, and expected commercial impact.
- Lead full-cycle onboarding, ensuring partners are fully set up across tracking, attribution, commission
configuration, and campaign alignment, while owning strong, high-trust relationships for new and incubation
partners.
- Collaborate closely with partners on campaign and content calendars to ensure aligned execution, timely
pushes, and continuous optimization toward traffic, order, and cost-efficiency targets.
- Work with Analytics to monitor performance, commercial contribution, and cost-efficiency metrics, identifying
opportunities to scale or refine strategies, while coordinating with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Regional teams
for smooth operational and compliance processes.
- Support incubation programs by testing new mechanics and partner models, evaluating results, scaling what
works, and maintaining strong documentation and weekly reporting that highlights opportunities, risks,
insights, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, strategy, and performance analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and Google Suite.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a strong drive for results.
