Advisory Associate - Compliance and Regulatory Consulting (CPA)

Our Compliance and Regulatory Consulting (CRC) practice is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Advisory Services Associate to join our growing team in Makati City!

In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting organizations across various regulated industries in navigating complex compliance obligations. You'll contribute to engagements spanning Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Data Privacy (DP), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance Reviews, and Risk Model Validation.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate internal control systems and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Conducting independent compliance testing and providing valuable recommendations.

Analyze financial and operational data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to provide actionable insights for clients.

Collaborate on risk management projects, assisting clients in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in their operations.

Contribute to regulatory compliance initiatives by staying up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Work closely with senior staff and clients to develop tailored solutions for complex business challenges.

We are looking for candidates with:

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (required).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to thrive in a team setting.

A solid grasp of audit, compliance, and risk management principles

A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices related to audit and risk management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Willingness to work onsite in Makati City.
