Job Description

Role Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns that drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and business growth.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, performance-driven, and comfortable optimizing campaigns based on data to maximize ROI.

Salary: $1,900 USD per month (Non-negotiable)

Type: Full-time

Location: Remote (U.S. Hours Required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across digital advertising platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and business goals
  • Conduct audience, creative, bidding, and landing page testing
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives
  • Maintain campaign reporting and performance dashboards
  • Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Resume in English.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Digital Advertising Specialist, Paid Media Specialist, Media Buyer, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Experience managing both lead generation and eCommerce campaigns is a plus
  • Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours.
