Job Title: Advanced Associate, Product Management
Job Description: The Advanced Associate, Product Management provides essential administrative and operational support across training, content development, and progression and recognition activities, ensuring systems, materials, and processes are accurate and well organised. It involves coordinating training materials, managing schedules and logistics, supporting content publishing, responding to queries, and assisting with training delivery workflows. The position also covers broader administrative tasks such as managing inboxes and calendars, processing purchase orders, maintaining records, compiling reports, and performing quality checks in support of stakeholders.

We're looking for a highly organised and detailfocused Advanced Associate, Product Management to provide essential operational and administrative support across training, content development, and progression activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes coordinating information, managing schedules, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring content and systems are accurate, up to date, and well organised. You'll work across a range of activities, balancing routine administration with opportunities to support training delivery and content workflows.
