Job Description

The Ads Specialist manages and optimizes paid ad campaigns on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada to drive traffic, boost product visibility, and increase sales and ROI for the company's e-commerce platforms.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan and execute paid ads on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada based on sales goals and top SKUs.

- Launch product, livestream, and GMV Max ads with precise targeting and optimization.

- Allocate budgets dynamically, focusing on high-impact SKUs and peak events.

- Track key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, GMV) and report insights regularly.

- Collaborate with E-commerce, Creative, and KOL teams.

- Stay updated on platform trends and ensure policy compliance.

Job Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- 24 years of experience in paid campaign management, ideally in e-commerce.

- Hands-on experience in TikTok Ads Manager, Shopee My Ads, and Lazada Sponsored Solutions.

- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with sales attribution models.

- Knowledge of conversion optimization and marketplace sales mechanics.

- Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig
