Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Support

  • Assist in the development and execution of media plans for brand, product, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support senior media leads in identifying appropriate advertising channels (TV, radio, digital, OOH, print, etc.) based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
  • Coordinate with creative and brand teams to ensure messaging and visual alignment across media placements.

Media Buying & Coordination

  • Assist in media buying activities, including coordination with media vendors, agencies, and platforms.
  • Help manage advertising schedules, insertion orders, and ad trafficking.
  • Ensure media placements are executed accurately and on time under the guidance of senior team members.

Channel Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor performance across various ad channels such as social media, search, display, programmatic, TV, radio, and print.
  • Track campaign KPIs including impressions, CTR, CPM, reach, and conversions.
  • Support campaign optimizations by consolidating data and sharing insights with senior media planners.

Reporting & Budget Tracking

  • Assist in tracking media spend and campaign performance versus budget.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and post-campaign summaries.
  • Flag pacing or performance issues and recommend adjustments to senior team members.

Team & Vendor Support

  • Support senior supervisors in coordinating with junior staff, media agencies, and external partners.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with media vendors and ad platforms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging media opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in media planning, ad operations, or marketing communications.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of media channels, ad placements, and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with media buying and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic platforms).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow into a supervisory role.
