Compensations and additional details
- 80,000 to 85,000 + allowances + perks and benefits + HMO (start at day 1)
- Hybrid 1 or 2 days onsite per week
- Reporting office at Diliman, Quezon City
- Initial contract (1 year) - then for regularization after based on performance
- Someone willing to travel in Singapore or US (visa and expenses should by company)
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing ADP payroll systems is required
- Experience in setup, configuration, and optimization of ADP platforms
- Experience in ADP GDMS, Payroll, WFN, or RUN systems
- Minimum 3 years in payroll implementation or HRIS projects
- Knowledge of UK payroll processes and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Able to work independently and handle client payroll setup
General Responsibilities
Lead and manage ADP payroll system implementations from kickoff to go-live. Ensure payroll data is accurate, systems are configured properly, and processes run smoothly. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver a successful implementation experience.
Specific Responsibilities
- Lead ADP payroll system implementation, including setup, configuration, and testing
- Check and maintain payroll and employee data in ADP systems, including GDMS / GlobalView / WFN / RUN
- Guide payroll processing, corrections, and issue resolution during implementation
- Review reports and help identify discrepancies or data issues
- Provide guidance and support to clients or internal teams throughout implementation
- Keep clear documentation of payroll setups, changes, and implementation steps
- Participate in training sessions and knowledge sharing with team members
- Suggest process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction
