Scope Of Work

  • Attends to the clerical work requirements of the Department; answers phone calls, schedules appointments, and manages calendars;
  • Organizes and maintains records and files; creates and updates databases for efficient storage and retrieval;
  • Monitors and maintains the requisition/procurement, stockpiling, and distribution of the Department's office supplies and materials;
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.
