Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proven track record in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports/presentations.
Experience supporting senior leaders or cross-departmental teams is an advantage.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong minute-taking and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Knowledgeable in ISO Standard.
