ICS-ICT is headquartered in Clark Field, Pampanga, and it caters mainly to companies located within the Clark Ecozone, Subic Freeport Zone and PEZA.
Responsibilities
- Completeness and Accuracy in Permit Preparation (Permit-to-Bring-in or Transfer Notification) for Local Items.
- Evaluates suppliers document such as Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts & Business Permits.
- Coordinates incoming shipments or goods from source locations.
- Prepare Request for Payment for Warehouse Department transactions.
- Update daily, and monthly report under Warehouse Department.
- Perform administrative tasks, including accurate scanning and filling of warehouse documents.
- Performs transaction code in SAP system related to warehouse transaction.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
The position requires Bachelors Degree or have attended/completed at least 2 years in college from any computer related course. And preferably with at least two years of any related working experience.
