We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support our grant management operations. This role involves coordinating projects, managing documentation, supporting client communications, and ensuring smooth administrative workflow across multiple grant programs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process day-to-day grant and project workflows, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met
  • Oversee filing systems, documentation management, and organization of grant-related records
  • Support client relations with clear, timely, and professional communication
  • Ensure accurate execution of detailed processes and tasks
  • Handle administrative functions including data entry, report preparation, and follow-up on outstanding items

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task across several detailed projects with consistent and proactive follow-up.
  • Superb attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant administrative, project coordination, or grant-related experience.
  • Strong general computer skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fast learner with the ability to research, analyze, and simplify processes.
  • Strong writing and documentation skills.
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Team player who is committed, adaptable, and willing to go above and beyond
