Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITY :

  1. Act as Secretariat of the department.
  2. Provide logistical support for the department.
  3. Act as communications liaison for the department.
  4. Coordinate all Department meetings and trainings.
  5. Establish and maintain record and inventory keeping system for department.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 4 year degree in Business Administration
  • Basic computer skills including competency in Microsoft Office/Excel
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Good to excellent oral and written communication skills in both Tagalog and English
