Key Responsibilities
Permit Processing & Compliance:Handle the end-to-end processing of all local business permits, licenses, and regulatory documents required for branch operations.
Coordinate with government agencies (e.g., LGU, BIR, DTI, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
Office Administration:Manage office supplies, maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace.Serve as the main contact point for branch-level communications.
Maintain physical and digital filing systems.Document Handling:Prepare, encode, and organize company documents such as letters, memos, and internal reports.
Ensure accurate documentation of transactions and correspondences related to branch setup.
Liaison Functions
Coordinate with the main office for any operational support, updates, and reports.Assist in handling inquiries or coordinating with clients or suppliers if needed.
Other Duties As Assigned
Support various tasks necessary for the smooth operation and establishment of the branch
Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative or office work; experience with business permit processing is an advantage.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
