Skills & Qualifications
- At least College Level; graduates of Business Administration, Office Management, or any related course are an advantage
- Background in clerical support, office coordination, encoding, or administrative work is preferred
- Familiar with handling office documents, reports, records, and filing systems
- Knowledgeable in basic office operations and administrative procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Capable of preparing reports, monitoring files, and organizing office documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to handle multiple office tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Detail-oriented with good time management and coordination abilities
- Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain professionalism in the workplace
- Responsible, dependable, and adaptable to changing work assignments
- Willing to support various departments when needed

Job Description
- Provide administrative and clerical assistance to support daily office operations
- Handle document filing, records management, and preparation of reports and office paperwork
- Assist in monitoring office transactions, schedules, and internal documentation
- Encode and update data, records, and operational information accurately
- Coordinate with different departments regarding administrative concerns and office requests
- Answer inquiries, relay messages, and provide general office assistance when necessary
- Maintain organized files, records, and office supplies for efficient workflow
- Assist in preparing meeting materials, operational reports, and other office documents
- Support day-to-day office activities and ensure proper coordination of assigned tasks
- Perform other clerical, administrative, and office support duties assigned by management
