Full-Time | $800 USD Monthly | Work With a UK Team | 10am - 6pm UK BST

As our operations grow, we are hiring a highly organised and dependable Administrative Operations Coordinator from the Philippines to support our admissions and funding processes. This is a long-term, stable remote role requiring excellent communication skills, strong administrative experience, and confidence in handling daily inbound and outbound calls.

Position Overview

The Administrative Operations Coordinator ensures the smooth, accurate, and timely flow of student applications, documentation, and communication between students, funding departments, and partner universities. This role strictly requires a neutral or light British-sounding accent, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured UK processes consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full admissions and funding process from enquiry through to enrolment
  • Handle daily inbound and outbound calls for document collection, bookings, and student follow-ups
  • Manage and update student records, documentation, and data within internal systems
  • Coordinate with students and internal staff to ensure timely submission of requirements
  • Maintain administrative accuracy and follow established operational workflows
  • Provide consistent and professional communication across phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Submit complete applications and manage cases through the CRM.
  • Liaise with university admissions teams to ensure smooth, compliant enrolment journeys.

This role covers a broad range of coordination and admin-based tasks, requiring flexibility and strong task management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, operations or coordination
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Neutral or light British-sounding accent (required)
  • Comfortable handling high-volume daily calls
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks within structured processes
  • Professional, reliable, and available to work UK hours (PH afternoon to evening)
  • For remote/hybrid roles: stable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
  • Must live in the Philippines

Technical Requirements:

  • Fast and stable internet connection (minimum 45 Mbps)
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer (Macbook or Dual-Monitor preferred)
  • Clear headset
  • Quiet and professional home workspace
  • Backup internet solution (mobile hotspot)
