Role Description
As an Administrative Assistant Intern, the trainee supports the administrative and office management functions of the company. The role focuses on documentation, scheduling, coordination, data entry, and organizing records while ensuring accuracy and professionalism. This internship provides hands-on experience in office support operations, internal communication, and administrative workflow in a modern corporate environment.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain organized digital and physical files for office and departmental documents.
- Assist in updating logs, forms, and administrative databases.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and secure handling of documentation.
- Prepare and format internal documents, correspondences, and reports.
Office Coordination & Support
- Assist in coordinating office activities, schedules, and internal requests.
- Support day-to-day operations by providing clerical and logistical assistance.
- Help monitor office inventory, supplies, and basic resource tracking.
- Facilitate communication between departments for administrative needs.
Data Entry & Information Management
- Input and update data across spreadsheets, trackers, and Google Workspace files.
- Verify data accuracy before submission or filing.
- Support the creation of basic reports, summaries, and checklists.
Communication & Correspondence Assistance
- Draft simple announcements, reminders, and emails for internal coordination.
- Assist in relaying updates to employees, interns, and teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of outgoing and incoming communications.
Tools And Software Used
- Office Productivity: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- Documentation & Coordination Tools: Shared drives, email, messaging platforms
- Admin Tools: Digital logs, trackers, basic inventory records
Preferred Qualifications Aligned With Admin Role
- Excellent organizational, filing, and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Google Workspace for documentation and coordination tasks
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail in recordkeeping and document management
- Capable of assisting with office coordination, data entry, and administrative tasks
- Professional, reliable, and efficient in handling day-to-day operations

Preferred Qualifications
- At least 4th year of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication Arts or any related field.
- Can render at least 300 hours of the internship requirement.
- Must have a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from college or university.
- Can manage regular working hours, Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm.
