Job Summary
Provides administrative, logistical, and clerical support to Global Fund activities.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Works under the supervision of the Program Officer;
- Prepares the administrative needs in the conduct of meetings (attendance sheet, venue, meals, handouts, etc)
- Prompt facilitation of purchase request, request for payments and other requests to other units
- Provides clerical support to the program
- Conducts and maintains inventory of units office supplies and equipment. Ensures availability when needed
- Regular coordination with the Regional Offices for discussion of Project Associates ITIS concerns and work performance

- Prompt facilitation of requests from the unit
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
Education : Bachelors degree in any business-related or office management program
Experience : At least 6 months - 1 year experience in customer relations, general office administration and logistical assistance to project/program operations
Other / Special Skills : Computer literate, good interpersonal relations, good communication skills in English (both verbal and written), records management skills; intermediate level skills with computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
